One-Way Traffic Control This Week
ALPINE COUNTY – The California Department of Transportation (Caltrans) will conduct the following one-way traffic control this week on State Route-89 (SR-89) for maintenance operations. Work is scheduled as follows:
STATE ROUTE 89
- One-way traffic control from North Diamond Valley Road to West Fork Carson River Bridge for guardrail repair work beginning Tuesday, March 26, through Friday, March 29, 2024, from 7:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.
Motorists should expect 5-10 minute delays and use alternate routes whenever possible. This work is scheduled to take place as listed, but is subject to change due to traffic incidents, weather, availability of equipment, and/or materials and construction related issues.
