SAN DIEGO — Caltrans crews will close all lanes of northbound State Route 125 (SR-125) at Jamacha Road beginning at 8:30 p.m. on Friday, April 26th, to 5:00 a.m. Monday, April 29th for concrete slab replacement.
All northbound SR-125 motorist will be diverted to the Jamacha Road offramp and reenter the freeway using the onramp.
Northbound motorists may exit at Jamacha Boulevard/Sweetwater Road, proceed north on Sweetwater Road to Broadway, then east on Broadway to the SR-125 north on-ramp.
Caltrans is encouraging motorists to avoid the area and use alternate routes unless necessary.
Northbound traffic should consider alternative routes such as northbound Interstate 805 to eastbound State Route 94 to avoid the closure entirely.
The maintenance work schedule is subject to change due to weather, traffic incidents, or other maintenance considerations.
