Grass Lake Rest Area Wastewater Improvements

The Project:

The Grass Lake Pump Grinder Project will provide wastewater improvements at the Grass Lake Safety Roadside Rest Area on U.S. 97 in Siskiyou County, between Weed and the California/Oregon border.

Project Includes:

Wastewater system improvements, including addition of channel pump grinder. Other work includes addition of baby changing stations and ADA signage and striping in the parking lot.

Current Project Schedule:

There are an estimated 105 working days for this project, during which the rest area will be closed.  Construction is currently scheduled for 2024.
