Inquiry #3: Section 2-1.06B of the Caltrans Standard Specifications gives a fax number of (916) 227-8357 to request bridge as-built drawings for District 1-6. This fax number seems to be wrong. Please provide working fax number.

Inquiry #4: The special provisions indicate that the project has 310 working days duration, however the Bid Item for TRO only has a 200 day unit - please clarify this.

Inquiry #6: There is not any mention of the pre-registration requirement to attend the mandatory pre-bid in the Notice to Bidders. Today we decided to bid on this project and started reviewing the specifications. Only then did we see the pre-registration requirement for the mandatory pre bid deadline of yesterday 02-14-18 at 5:00 PM. How do we register two people to attend?

Be sure to bring a government issued photo identification for each person attending. Chevron is a federally regulated facility, so no alcohol, drugs, or weapons can be brought in. Complete random vehicle searches are conducted.

Since there were issues with the website, signing up and miscommunication that we had to sign up. I did not see on the notice to bidders nor on the Daily Pacific Builders advertisements. Will there be another job site that we can attend?
