Intercity Rail
| Amtrak California provides rail service and thruway bus connections between cities in California. It is managed and coordinated by the Caltrans Division of Rail. The Pacific Surfliners and San Joaquins serve areas within the district. In addition, Amtrak’s interstate Coast Starlight operates along the coast and connects California to the rest of the country. |  |
