WHO:           California Department of Transportation (Caltrans) District Director Pedro Orso-Delgado and California Highway Patrol Chief Skip Carter.

WHAT:           Orso-Delgado will detail the rebuilding efforts taking place on highways throughout the county in the wake of the recent wildfires.  He will also announce the cost estimate and timeframe for total repairs.
