Interstate 8 Buckman Springs Rest Area Closed Through Mid July
SAN DIEGO –
The Buckman Springs Rest Area along Interstate 8 will remain closed through mid month as crews replace water lines, according to the California Department of Transportation (Caltrans).
Crews conducting water line repairs affecting the rest area found that more lines than anticipated needed to be replaced. The rest area will be re-opened once the work is complete.
Signs notifying motorists of the closure are posted at the rest stop.
