Q1) Will cross sections be provided for this project. If so when is the anticipated release date?

A1) Cross sections are available at Airport Blueprint, 4854 N. Blackstone in Fresno, CA. Phone Number is 225-9055.

Q2) Along the east side right of way, the fence appears to be in the Construction Zone, under which item is the relocation of this going to be paid under?

A2) The fence removal would be covered under clear and grubb (item 17), but new fence if it is not covered under any item would need to be covered under a CCO during construction.

Q3) Section A-A on sheet C-1 shows a structural section of 360mm AC and 270mm AC for Yosemite Springs Parkway, however the typical cross sections on X-3 show a section of 120mm AC on 270mm AB. Please clarify what structural section will be required on the YA Line or specify the limits for each.

A3) The cross sections on X-3 end at STA 1+65.968 RT(BC) and STA 1+66 LT(BC). Section A-A begins at the east SCLs and ends at STA 1+65.968 RT and STA 1+66 LT of Yosemite springs road.

Q4) The roadway excavation for this project looks to have alot of vary hard rock in it and will require alot of blasting. However after looking through the special provisions for this project I can't find a specification for the blasting that will be required to build this project. What is the plan for the Blasting?

~~An addendum in process~~ Addendum #2 has been issued to postpone the BOD until April 15, 2008 and will be followed by another addendum to include the Specs for Blasting.
