The responses to bidder's inquiries, unless incorporated into a formal addendem to the contract, are not a part of the contract and are provided for the bidder's convenience only. Q) We are interested in bidding this project but cannot find any paving contractors or equipment suppliers that have an integrated distributor-paver. Could you please get back to me ASAP.

Q) In reviewing the specifications and plans, there appears that there is no milling where tying into existing asphalt or concrete. Is this something we should figure in our bid or will it not be done on this project.

A) There is no milling on this project.
