FormsPLUS 6.09

The latest version of FormsPLUS 6.08 was issued on November 12, 2008.

FormsPLUS is a helpful tool for local and regional transportation agencies. Its helps agency staff perform two key activities:

(1) Complete the forms required for transportation projects,
(2) Track the status of forms during project delivery.

FormsPLUS gives users nearly 200 electronic forms contained in the Local Assistance Procedures Manual and the Local Assistance Program Guidelines. The forms in these two Caltrans manuals are essential for state-funded and federal-aid local transportation projects.

New Features of FormsPLUS (versions 5.00 and above) are:

(1) Archive and Share--Users can save current project data into a special folder and share the data with others.
(2) Update--It is much easier to update FormsPLUS. Users can download a patch to update FormPLUS to the latest version from the following website "FormsPLUS Update".

FormsPLUS may be obtained by purchasing or subscribing to the Publications for Local Assistance CD/DVD, which is updated and issued twice yearly. However, it is better to download FormsPLUS new version through this website or send your request to FormsPLUS@dot.ca.gov.
