Welcome to the Civil Rights Small Business Program’s web site. The purpose of this internet site is to be a resource for small business firms and assist firms in doing business with the California Department of Transportation (Caltrans). It is Caltrans’ goal to promote Small Business and DVBE participation in its procurement and contracting process by meeting or exceeding the 25 percent small business participation goal and 3 percent DVBE goal. We are committed to achieving these goals by continuing to be advocates for Small Businesses and keeping the community informed about the contracting opportunities within the State of California.
