10:30-10:45: Update regarding PM Hot Spot Guidance (quantitative analysis) if available
10:45-11:30: EPA discussion of other SIP and conformity matters including:
- Ozone standard reconsideration (fact sheet - PDF file)
- NO2 1-hour NAAQS Final Rule (Federal Register notice - PDF file)
- Lead 2008 standard (ARB recommendation - LA portion of South Coast - web site)
- Proposed SO2 1-hour NAAQS (Federal Register notice - PDF file)
- Recent sanctions clocks (2/2010 list - PDF file) and FHWA web site
- Final PM Amendments rule (EPA web site)

Potential for use of CALINE4 for non-CO hot spot analysis (CALINE4 documentation)
- Not required at this time for conformity analysis
- Do not use for PM hot spot analysis - EPA expected to require CAL3QHCR or AERMOD
- NO2 mode available when used from command line (DOS) or commercial interface (not CL4)
