These manuals are an updated version of the "Construction Contractor's Guide and Specifications" dated August 1997. The content of the "Construction Contractor's Guide and Specifications" has been separated into two new manuals: "The Construction Site Best Management Practices (BMPs) Manual" and the "Stormwater Pollution Prevention Plan (SWPPP) and Water Pollution Control Program (WPCP) Preparation Manual".
