SER - Whats New
Revised Forms: Internal and External Quality Control Review Certification Forms and Environmental Document Preparation and Review Tool
The Internal and External Quality Control Review Certification forms and the Environmental Document Preparation and Review Tool (Environmental Document Checklist) have been revised to address issues identified through staff use, the self-assessment, and the FHWA audit. The new forms are posted on the SER on the forms and templates page. Please start using these forms immediately. It is not necessary to convert to the revised forms for reviews currently in process that are using the prior version of these forms. If you have any questions about the new forms, please contact your Environmental Coordinator, Kelly Dunlap, or Cindy Adams.
Amendments to Title 21,
Division 2 and Chapter 11 Filed
The Department of Transportation and the California Transportation Commission have closed their rulemaking record on amendments to Title 21, Division 2, Chapter 11 of the California Code of Regulations. The amendments have been filed with the Office of Administrative Law and will become effective 30 days after filing with the Secretary of State. For informational purposes, the text of the amended regulations, the notice of proposed rulemaking, and the initial and final statement of reasons is provided herein.
